It works well. But it's very flimsy - barely attaining the structural integrity of a coke can. The lid effectively limits splatter. The drainer rack is more than a gimmick and actually is useful. The thermometer also capably guided my cooking. The bottom of the pan was slightly warped - it rocked on my flat induction cooktop. But no rattles or buzzing during heat-up. So a thing seemingly poorly made that does a job very well.
